First track

Junior data analyst, NovaCart.

Three connected missions, about 30–45 minutes each. You start with a sales export and end with a campaign recommendation after the budget changes. The store is fictional. The deliverables are not.

  1. 01

    Clean the sales export

Download the source CSV. Turn in a cleaned file and a short change log. After you have read the brief, Leo can share an approved note about a known source issue: two rows can share an order ID because the export ran twice.

He can explain that. He cannot invent a number that is not in the file, and he cannot quietly fix it for you.

  2. 02

    Explain sales performance

Use the official clean dataset, not a file that still has your earlier mistakes. Submit the KPI values and a short explanation of what moved.

Sam then asks for a channel comparison before anyone recommends a budget. The writing has to match the figures. A fluent paragraph with the wrong numbers does not pass.

  3. 03

    Recommend a campaign

Allocate a budget, name the tradeoffs, and write the memo. After you save a first plan, the budget gets smaller and you revise.

Sam brings that change. Sam does not read hidden tests or another learner’s work. The revision stays on the record next to the first plan.

Who it is for

Adults learning the work.

A fit for the pilot

  • Students, graduates, and career switchers who want practice before a first analyst role.
  • People who already know their way around a basic spreadsheet.
  • English, for now. Editing the CSV is built for a desktop. A phone is fine for the brief and the review.

Outside this version

  • No real employer, no hiring score, and no certificate that claims you are qualified.
  • No live customer data. Don’t upload a real company’s files.
  • The pilot is invite-only and free while it is open. An email does not reserve a seat.

The first cohort is small.

Tell us what you want to practice. We read hello@hyna.io. Writing asks for a seat. It does not buy one.
